Ordering and despatch:
Subject to availability of stock, all orders are despatched on the same day as received, or at latest on the next business day. All orders for mainland GB are despatched by an overnight courier service. It is important that you specify a delivery address where someone will be on hand to sign for receipt of the goods. Alternatively, you can specify instructions as to where the courier should leave the goods if nobody is at home. (Do this in the ‘Customer Note’ field.)
In the event that the parcel is lost, we will replace the goods free of charge. Damaged or defective items should be returned to us, at our expense, and will be replaced without additional charge. The same applies if we send you the wrong item through our error.
If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, (eg an incorrect address, no access) we will endeavour to inform you and check that we have the correct details, or get details of an alternative delivery address. We will then re-send the goods. If goods are returned to us through no fault of our own, we can re-send (or send alternative goods), but this will incur a handling charge of £5 per book to cover the additional postage and packing costs.
Refunds and replacements:
If you have ordered the wrong title or no longer want the book you ordered, you can return it to us for a partial refund provided the book is returned in a fully saleable condition. We will deduct/charge a £5 handling fee to cover postage and administration costs. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
